Just now starting to integrate SMS into our workflow/processes and into our HubSpot portal. I would like to see multiple things added into the body of the "Logged SMS" that the integration creates.

Currently the log is just this: "[Inbound] SMS from {Contact A} (Contact A Phone) to {Contact B} (Contact B Phone)"

I believe that the actual content/body of the text is vital to these logs. Without that context, a logged SMS is not helpful except to know that communication is happening. But from a full activity timeline and for transparency, I believe that the body of those messages should be available.

This would allow other users to pick up conversations on the behalf of other users and quickly gather context about the customer experience for quality and assurance purposes. Especially with the lack of shared inboxes for a phone number, this is the only way for multiple users to communicate with customers.
