Improve Conference Call Logging in Salesforce (Recording Playback + Participant Visibility)
There are customers who rely heavily on conference calls and are running into some gaps when those calls are logged in Salesforce. While standard calls work well, conference calls currently feel incomplete in comparison.
What customers are experiencing:
Conference call recordings are successfully saved in RingCentral, but users cannot play them directly within Salesforce.
Only limited call information is logged, and additional participants in the conference call are not visible.
This creates some friction because users have to leave Salesforce to access recordings and do not get a full picture of who joined the call.
What would help:
Playback of conference call recordings inside Salesforce
It would be really helpful if users could play conference call recordings directly from the Salesforce activity record, similar to how standard call recordings are handled today. This keeps everything in one place and saves time.
Visibility of all conference call participants
Customers would like to see a complete list of participants for conference calls within the Salesforce record. Even basic details such as phone numbers or matched contacts would go a long way in helping teams track interactions more accurately.
