RingEX for Salesforce - Lead Attribution
The ability to sync prospect/contact information into Salesforce automatically from incoming RingCentral calls, particularly when using tracking numbers (e.g., creating new leads or matching to existing records based on inbound call data)
They have an idea that it is not possible at the moment but wanted to know if it is something that we will consider, or if we have any plans in the future.
