AI Receptionist - Zendesk Integration
Please add support for integrating RingCentral AI Receptionist with Zendesk, allowing the AI Receptionist to automatically create Zendesk tickets based on customer interactions.
This integration would enable the AI Receptionist to capture relevant customer information and conversation details and use them to create tickets directly in Zendesk, helping support teams streamline ticket creation and follow-up.
