  1. Client would like visibility in SF to Closed FRAUD cases

    Customer would like to be able to see closed cases that were opened as whitelisting cases in SalesForce and moved to fraud investigation. Currently, per Yuliya Pierce, these cases are not cases they display to clients. Customer would like to be able to view after these cases are closed.

    Requesting feature to sync TELUS Business Connect voicemail to MS teams , so that if the call is missed and goes to voicemail, there is a way to see or play it back within Teams.

  7. Salesforce Integration - Log Call Recording from RC as a File

    Instead of the call recording showing up as a link on Salesforce, customer would like to log the call recording as a file. They are afraid that the link will expire.

  8. Warm Transfer for RingCentral Salesforce

    As of this time, the only option to transfer a call through RingCentral for Salesforce is with a blind transfer or a cold transfer (as stated on page of 8 of this guide https://netstorage.ringcentral.com/guides/RingCentral_for_Salesforce_RCV_and_WebRTC_guide.pdf). If we try to work around this by opening a second line to merge the calls, the first call will drop entirely. Warm transfer are incredibly important when delivering a positive customer experience, having the option to do so from the Salesforce integration would be highly valued.

    MS Teams offers a ServiceNow Virtual Agent (bot( integration with their messaging platform.     Having two dialers w/in MS Teams is confusing and removing the secondary dialer for Direct Routing users would be helpful.

  18. RingCentral for HubSpot: Clarity with Outbound caller ID

    It is currently not clear that "additional desktop app" refers to chrome browser extensions. There are many outbound caller id settings to chose from, it's not obvious which to select.

  19. Integration with Calendly

    Calendly is very helpful for scheduling meetings/calls. It already has integrations for Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and GoToMeeting. It would be great if RingCentral similarly integrated and eliminated the step of having to create a link.

  20. Zoom Integration

    It would be great that RingCentral had some sort of integration with Zoom and other similar companies like zoom. So that we could provide a link or meeting code to people that use Zoom. Not everyone wants to join using RingCentral or have had issues with it in the past, so they are reluctant to get on a call or video call unless they use their platform. Having an option to provide them a link so they can connect to a RC call via Zoom would be great. This integration would be good for the app, RC video and RC…
