Integration with Practice Panther - legal practice management software
It would be great to be able to capture texts and calls directly in the managment software. Another company is already working with PracticePanther to capture texts, but it makes no sense to me to have two text phone numbers. I prefer RingCentral texting and want to capture that information in the client file and also capture the duration of calls for billing purposes.

Add Acuity Integration with RingCentral Meetings
We would like to integrate Acuity scheduling with RingCentral meetings. We have the following request from one of our staff below""In Acuity (acuityscheduling.com), there is a section on the left nav for Integrations. It is currently integrated with Zoom, so when I go to tie calendars to Zoom to autogenerate meeting links, there are very limited staff options as we now have Zoom through RingCentral. Is it possible to redo the integration with the RingCentral info instead?It is possible that this feature will be included in a future release"We would like to request this feature.Thank you.Bill

Select Whom to schedule a meeting before meeting details will populate
Using the RingCentral scheduler Add in, it always auto populate the meeting details in the body and the default "schedule for" is assigned to the same extension where email is connected. It would be a great idea, just like the old RCM app, to select the "Schedule for" then it populates the meeting details and send to attendees. It will save time as some customers are always scheduling a meeting for another user extension. TIA

Airbnb does not allow usage of RingCentral as a host contact number
Airbnb, the multi-billion dollar vacation rental website does not allow usage of VOIP phone numbers as a host contact phone number. I may have to cancel my RingCentral service, but this is a HUGE amount of potential lost revenue for RingCentral since any property manager business cannot use your service for their business! There should be a way to redefine the RingCentral number so that Airbnb does not tag it as a VOIP..their concern is that most VOIP numbers are land lines that do not accept text messages

Add Contact to Ringcentral when added to CRM
Currently, there is not a Zapier integration to add a contact to RingCentral. This would make it so much easier to add and updated contacts in Ring Central automatically.

Integration with Ricoh Copiers - No ATA device needed
Our Ricoh copiers have the Smart Integration software. Companies like eFax, eGoldFax have apps to send faxes directly to their services without a need for a POTs line or ATA device.

RingCentral Video Plugin/app for Word Press
According to Siteefy.com statistic "42% of all websites on the entire Internet currently use WordPress as their content management system. This number is 36% for top 1 million websites, 20% for top 100K websites, and 14% for top 10K websites respectively." Unsatisfied with zoom's 40min limit, a lot of organizations with Word Press websites would welcome a way to manage their webinars from WordPress similar to this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/video-conferencing-with-zoom-api/

Ability to add additional two Microsoft or Google Accounts to RingCentral App contacts.
With so many new regulatory requirements, many companies are no longer allowing personal contacts to be stored on corporate systems or email servers. Currently, I can add a Microsoft account and a Google account but not two Microsoft or google accounts. I would like to see the feature to add additional account and have the ability see them separately under All contacts.

Integration with Dynamics Business Central as a CRM tool
Add calls and notes to customer activity log based on the phone number dialed or received from in ring central while the business central app is open. Also see all users call logs and permitted recordings against a particular customer card in BC.

RingCentral for Salesforce: Canned Responses
It would be a great if admins had the ability to defined canned responses (i.e. pre-defined text) that users could select when making calls. For example, when users call and leave a voicemail. This could then be added to the 'Notes' without users having to enter in data manually. Thanks!

RingCentral for Salesforce: Ability to have multiple layouts in RC CTI component
As more departments/teams use RingCentral for Salesforce, it would be helpful if it was possible to be able to define multiple layouts for different users. That way, we can tailor which data our users need to capture.

VM Notifications to email (Outlook)

Salesforce plugin - please update the product so that it supports dependent drop down lists
Currently we are using the Salesforce plugin only. Not supporting dependent drop down lists means we have been unable to add all of our required fields into the RC component in Salesforce; this results in the user needing to access the Salesforce task after a call to update certain fields - we are now seeing this causing errors when the call recording is added to the Salesforce task whilst the user is editing it

Allow Integration with Keap/Infusionsoft
We would love to see a way for our RingCentral call/sms activity to be integrated with Infusionsoft. Specifically, if we can have the call logs be appended to infusionsoft contact notes, that'll be awesome!
