why isnt there any reports to show the length of time when people are unavailable
why isnt there any reports to show the length of time when people are unavailable.Basically, there are loads of areas to show length of call time, on hold, parking etc but nothing to show how long someone has been unavailable for. why? Also can you have the ability to see someone in wrap and someone unavailable differently in the system please, especially inside the live reports section as this would be really helpful

Any update on getting a report for Unavailable times? Not seeing why this isnt on here already. Seems like it would be very easy to do. Can track how long someone is on the phone, but not how long they are off the phones. Would be a great addition.

I'm surprised this feature / report is still not available to Users despite it being raised some time ago, especially seeing as most competitors offer this as standard.
Come on RC, this can't be too difficult to introduce!
