Voicemail reporting
Report showing when voicemails are received and outbound calls to the same number that left the voicemail. This would be a very helpful tool in managing employee response to voicemails.

Our on-call people share the voicemail box, so knowing that a call has been handled prevents duplication of effort and the other on-call people can rest easy knowing that it has been handled.
