SMS Report LOG required.
Daily, weekly and monthly logs of all SMS sent by agents and who they are sent to is required for proper auditing and in order to avoid unwanted activities.

Carrier Provider information in the SMS log to whom they are sending it to. Given that T-Mobile and AT&T have imposed limits on message sending per day, it would help them ensure that they haven't exceeded the daily capacity.
