Quality of Service: difficult to "identify poor quality of calls", as the call score is not listed in the download report - see attached. ....

The report is currently exporting the raw values for Upstream and Downstream MOS of the legs. Values of 350 or above are considered "Good", 300 to 349 are considered "Moderate" and under 300 is considered "Poor". These are equivalent to scores of 3.5 to 5, 3.0 to 3.49 and 1.0 to 3.0 respectively that show in the analytics portal.
