Fax Confirmation Page
An option to download a "CONFIRMATION PAGE", that Is NOT just a simple email. A page where it tells you all the details of the fax, in a "typical" manner as most fax machines. An end user with access to the fax line should be able to generate a confirmation page, on request, as needed without having to submit a ticket or ask an admin to retrieve the logs.
- When it was sent, date and time
- Duration of the fax
- Number dialed
- Result
- Pages sent - this is a metric that is currently not monitored from my experience. If I sent 50 pages, and only 35 went through, I want to see that.
- a little "statement" at the bottom that says "Confirmation Receipt Generated by USERNAME on DATE AND TIME"
This will serve as proof for anyone that asks. The email confirmation can be deleted and you will never see another confirmation again from that fax, and cannot be proved outside of the "log" in admin view.

Adding on to this - a formatted, formal PDF printout (not the email confirmation) that can be generated anytime by the sender in their RingCentral app (do not need to have admin access) and shows the above details, including:
- heading that this is a fax confirmation
- fax date & time (in respective time zone)
- sender name and organization
- sender phone# & fax#
- recipient name and company
- recipient phone# & fax #
- status of fax transmission - reason for error if did not go through
- # of total pages of fax transmission
- fax transmission unique ID - which also shows in the header/footer of the actual fax so can connect back the fax confirmation page with the fax that went out
- footer with page total & date/time the confirmation page was generated -

I would use ring central I need a fax confirmation page emailed to me for "proof of timely filing."
