  2. Ability to download a report which contains calls per day in order to see what days have zero or few calls. Right now I can only seem to find reports that show total calls per month, but does not break it down by day.

  3. I created a simple report to list 911 calls made by employees in the last month. I can download .CSV and .XLS output from Live Reports, and schedule the report in Subscriptions and receive .XLS or .PDF format output by email. Both LiveReports and Subscriptions should provide the same output format options. Additonally, the output produced by all three are different. Those should also be consistent. The .CSV just includes the data, the .XLS includes the data in one tab and the selection criteria in another tab. That selection criteria tab lists all the locations and 16,000 users. The .PDF…

  10. RC Support said that the Audit Logs only track changes from the Super Admin in the Admin Portal.

    It would be great to have the Audit Log track ALL activity in the Audit Logs to see what was touched by all users.

  11. Currently the mapping is only visible for individual calls on the Performance Reports. When you download the report the mapping does not show. It would help if admins had the ability to expand the data as you can in the call log to see the actual path of each call in one downloaded report to share with management.

  12. In the Performace reports, under "calls" you have the ability to multi-select users, however you fail to be able to multi-select, Call Queues or the ability to select a user and a que is one or the other

  14. Have a rep profile for each person in the system. Their profile can contain a dashboard with an overview of their scores and how they are doing. Not just a singular call overview but how they are doing all together with features from the scorecards and trackers. This would allow us to view if there is an over all spot a rep is having a difficult time or improving over time.

  15. We can already see the amount of callers waiting in the queue but we are unable to see what their caller ID is. This would be a benefit in the event of a call drop/disconnection to be able to see if/when they call back in. It also allows for our agents to be aware of potential social engineering threats when someone repeat calls looking for a different agent.

  19. Ability to see the first call and last call every person makes so we can see how soon after their day starts do they get on the phone and how close to the end of the day do they stop calling. This is partially available in analytics but you have to go one user at a time and sort by date/time and scroll through all their calls for the day. It would be nice for this to be available on the scheduled daily reports.
