    It would be grand to have a feature when a scheduled meeting in Outlook to automatically set the extension`s status to DND as well same like the scheduled meetings set in Outlook Ring Central

    An IT admin can set meetings to start recording automatically whenever a host or moderator joins.End users can also do the same via Settings>Meetings in service.ringcentral.com. This has been available for several years and is configured in the Admin Portal under company meeting settings. See Configuring company meeting settings.
