   We have a phone that is a limited extension but would like to program the keys to go to specific numbers, i recall being able to do that from Presence, but that option is not available on this phone.

    when on a mobile device and 2 calls come in at once, we are unable to pick which call we can answer. We are only able to answer the first call that came in.
