when on a mobile device and 2 calls come in at once, we are unable to pick which call we can answer. We are only able to answer the first call that came in.

Customer is asking for an option to use an assigned number/DID as a caller ID of other userIs it possible to allow User1 to have their Outbound Caller ID show as from User2?I have a user that I'd like to allow to other user's to dial from their desk phone and/or mobile app showing the number as their outbound caller ID.

Performance Reports is a legacy product and will soon pave way to next gen Business Analytics. So we are not going to add features to performance reports any more.
In Business Analytics, there is an option to buy Pro which supports 1/2 or 3 yr of retention.
