Just so next time I'm looking at enhancement requests for deskphones I'll remember - it looks like this has been implemented. Log into your voicemail, enter your PIN, choose 2 for Account Administration and then 3 for Change PIN

This would be a big timesaver and great troubleshooting tool. The Phone System / Phones and Devices / User Phones / (device) page should show the last IP address the phone registered under and at what time. It already shows whether the device is online and the ERL, so it already knows the IP address, the page just needs to show it. This should apply to Phones & Devices \ Common Area Phones and any other appropriate area as well.
It would also be helpful to have a device report that shows the last-registered IP address of the device. The Edit Device Configuration / Download Template function does not include the IP address and there doesn't seem to be any device reporting in Analytics.

I marked this as a Critical need but stumbled on this, which might give you everything you want. It has at least many of those fields, I wish it also had "last registered IP address".
In the Admin portal go to Phone System, Phones and Devices. You'll be taken to User Phones, that's fine. Near the top right of the list, click the three vertical dots next to Add Device, and choose Edit Device Configuration. Put your email address in the Get Template, Email Address field and it will send you a populated change template that has the data for the phones configured in your account. I don't know if it has *Every* device, that might be a question for support, but maybe this gets you close.
