Ability to Browse Corporate Directory on Poly Phones Without Manual Search
Currently, Poly phones require users to manually type in a contact name to access the Corporate Directory. This process can be time-consuming, especially for organizations with large directories. There is no option to browse or scroll through the Corporate Directory directly from the phone.
Provide functionality on Poly phones to browse the Corporate Directory, similar to how mobile or desktop RingCentral apps allow scrolling through contacts.

We have had multiple complaints from end users about the limited functionality of the corporate directory on the Polycom phones with RingCentral. The user is required to perform 7 key presses just to get to the directory and then has to use multi-tap on the number pad to spell out the name. We need a scrollable option please.
