Hi all, there's a DND Sync on hardphone toggle that may need to be enabled for your account if presence sync is not working as expected. Please contact support for assistance in getting this enabled on your account!

This is now available for RCV in app! To turn on: navigate to Settings - Video - Allow incoming calls while in a meeting.There is a an on/off option available for enablement. If you would like automatic DND for all calendar events, not just RC Video meetings please vote here: https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/CUSTCOM-I-2239

Great idea works fine. Need the same on voice calls as having an incoming call ringing away while you're on an active call is annoying.

Hi JessicaThanks for that information but it is not quite what I am after. I should have been more specific, sorry. What I am looking for an option to set so any incoming calls received, whilst the user is already on a call, divert straight to voicemail avoiding the wait time, ring number etc.With the current setting you mention having the notification pop up on screen can be just as annoying as the ringing.ThanksPeter
