The support of date/time or number field would really help our oganization. I'm suppriesed it's not supported and that the idea hasn't ben picked up yet.

19 votesHi everyone, this should be available. When receiving an incoming call on the app, the call screen will display who is calling and to what number. If your concern is regarding call queues, you're able to select fields indicating what caller information is displayed, including Caller ID in the Admin Portal.If these aren't the solutions you were anticipating with this idea, please let us know! Share in the comments what you would like to see.

Would be great if the Idea could be implemented asap. When you work with call queues, it's very helpful to know, who is calling you.

I think this would be very usefull for customers like us, who would like to be in control of the number storage and don't want to create everytime a ticket with the support team.
