Good news everyone! Our Product team is working on a new Shared SMS product that will be available to RingEX customers for private beta testing in September and are ready to begin waitlisting customers who are interested today!

Please bring back the feature that allows all users (not just the operator) to change their SMS Outbound Caller ID to the company main number.
Allow inbound text messages to be received and replied to by multiple users that are part of a group tied to the company main number/operator.
