Show DND status on Desk phone for colleagues to know.
Currently, when setting our desk phones to DND only the user can see the DND status. Other employees cannot see the DND status set. Need an update so everyone in the organization is on the same page as to who is or isn't available

As dispatch it is important that I know who is available and who is not. If a user is on DND and I can't see it then it is of no use to us as a company.

Users that had setup the presence on the desk phone should have something to distinguish whether the user on the screen is on available or on Do Not Disturb. As to not waste the time of the caller waiting.

When a user puts their phone on DND - other users on the system should get a solid "Red" presence key to show that user is not available. Is this something RingCentral can fix or add as a standard presence feature?

Please add a feature in presence status when the user is on DND.

When someone puts DND on their phone, if the light on everyone else's phone could show as red for that specific person that has DND on so we know they are unavailable.
