Why RC is marking this as "Already exists" when it DOES NOT?! Just the other day I ran in to this situation and had to temporary use a different email address for a new user just to get them setup while I worked with support to remove the free account the use created to test/experience the platform. What was even more frustrating was the fact that support had to get our sales rep involved to remove the free account so that we can reuse the email with paid account which added to the delay. The reason we need a quicker way to convert these free to paid accounts is because we use SSO login which depends on the default user company email address and when we cannot use that it creates a big problem.
