The Position in Queue, Estimated Wait Time, and Callback features are now available — helping reduce missed calls and improving customer experience by allowing callers to press 1 for a callback while keeping their place in line. 🙌
This feature is enabled for Ultra and Ultimate packages across all RC and Partner brands.

Hello,
We would like to request the option to disable the AI assistant from the account on a global level. We are a government agency subject to FOIA open records requests. The nature of some users' calls and the volume of records created by automatic note taking is not a burden we wish to take on. A support agent helped me disable each user, but I understand users could opt back in on their own. It really is a necessity that we could fully disable and restrict these functions on a global level. I am certain this would be beneficial for many of Ringcentral's clients.
