Disable Overall AI Assistant
Few of the customers are requesting to disable overall AI assistant.

Hi Team.
Though the AI assistant bring value to the conversations we have few customers asking this feature to be disabled where once the admin turn off the AI assistance from the admin portal users should not be able to enable that from the RC app.
This is creating internal frictions and going against company policies there they are not allowed to capture any telephone conversation digitally.
If this feature can be allowed to be enabled as an option by the admin that would be appreciated.

Currently, it appears that only Admins are able to disable the AI Virtual Assistance messages that often pop up. Users should be able to disable these popups without bothering the Admins.
Here is what the assistant told me when I asked how I could disable the popup: Admins can disable the AI Assistant for individual users in the Admin Portal by navigating to Users > Users with Extensions, selecting a user, and toggling AI off. Alternatively, for RingCentral for Outlook 2.0.54, the command parameter `MSIEXEEC /i RingCentralForOutlook-2.0.53.msi CheckUpdate=off` can be used during group installation.

You can use template to disable multiple users at a time.

We should have the ability to disable it completely for all users.

The AI options should have been set to opt-in instead of automatically being available to all users.
Having it on by default is a potential security risk I can not have on my calls. -

Companies should be able to make a choice to allow or not to allow the use of AI by employees based on confidentiality issues etc. There needs to be an Admin override so that individual users are not able to turn AI on themselves if the Company level setting it turned off.
