    The ability to add a custom coversheet (WITH the ability to free text) needs to be an option in the admin side. This way, I can create a HIPAA compliant coversheet that all of my staff have access to...with the ability to freeform ON that coversheet. The current work around we are using is selecting a coversheet that we can type a note to the sender on, and then uploading the HIPAA compliant coversheet prior to uploading the attachments. Please make this "future consideration" happen sooner rather than later.

  4. Ability to generate report that tracks an agents status throughout the day, like when they're available/not available/ on DND etc
