Upload custom fax coversheets using the "Templates" management feature.
Templates management already allows for changing between various preset fax cover sheets and then applying those settings to multiple users. However, for organizations like ours that have legal obligations to include sensitive material notices on all outbound messaging, these defaults do not include the necessary wording.The RingCentral Softphone app allows users to manually upload custom coversheets on an individual basis, but this leaves the decision to individual oversight and relies on an application that is being retired in favor of the desktop app.For organizations that have these constraints on their communication, such as financial institutions or medical providers, the ability to deploy custom cover-sheets at an administrative level would greatly improve their ability to incorporate RingCentral's desktop app as a one-stop communications solution.

It is more easier and efficient if the RingCentral desktop app. allows editing the notes section on the uploaded custom cover sheet for fax inside the application itself, instead of editing it outside the app. Then, reupload it again on the app.

Please allow users to enter their own personal office phone number to the coversheet. Currently it can only be a RingCentral number.

universal coversheet for all users when using the email to fax featurethis is useful because my staff use the email to fax feature. i need to email them a copy of the company coversheet. it would be nice when using the email to fax feature, and i can have the standard office cover sheet go out with the fax. currently, you need to use the ringcentral app in order to use the custom cover sheet. hope that makes sense. thanks

It would be nice if we can change fax number on the coversheet.There is an option to change it using RingCenral Desktop Phone Appbut not on mobile app and Admin Portal. It's easier if all users can have the dedicated fax number to show as outbound fax number.
