Much needed for accurate analytics! We depend on structured data in Salesforce, and not being able to log Date/Time or numerical values properly hinders our reporting capabilities.

More flexibility in call logging is needed! Right now, we’re limited to text-based workarounds. Having Date/Time and Number fields would make logging more structured and meaningful.
