Call waiting options
"Additional enhancements of selecting options on what to do with the call after call waiting is turned off is TBD after Q3 2023." <---- Heavily waiting fot this. we need to send calls directly to a team call queue whilst user is already engaged to a call.

Indeed, this option is very important for us too, because within our company, the use of voicemail is prohibited. We should have the choice to forward these calls wherever we want (user, Call queue, message...)

Good morning, TBD after Q3 2023 is quite over, is there any news on when it will be finally implemented?
