An error occurred while saving the comment Johnny commentedMy client is extremely dissatisfied with RingCentral’s functionality. Specifically, their previous provider allowed the original caller ID to transfer when warm calls from a call queue were redirected to an external number. With RingCentral, however, the caller ID displayed is that of the call queue rather than the original caller.
