When forwarding incoming outside calls, we need the outside caller ID to pass through to the forwarded number. It would be useful when passing along calls to other numbers if we could also pass along teh caller ID as well

My client is extremely dissatisfied with RingCentral’s functionality. Specifically, their previous provider allowed the original caller ID to transfer when warm calls from a call queue were redirected to an external number. With RingCentral, however, the caller ID displayed is that of the call queue rather than the original caller.

I need the opposite of this, I need to be able to disable this feature so that the company caller ID is sent to the forwarded recipient, rather than the ID of the caller.
