    With the wrong user or image, I'd escalate this problem to Critical - thankfully this far it's only causing confusion and frustration. Please consider adding this; even if it's only to CLEAR/RESET to default image.

    I have users with multiple hardware, some reassigned. To create a 2nd account RingCentral App account just to change an inherited profile image is unexpected. I'm not keen on recreating accounts or reprovisioning just to clear an image.

    Voicemail currently includes customer names overlapping censored words. The postprocessing for transcription clarity could be avoided if censoring could be conditionally disabled.

    I'm in the same situation as previous comment. Customers have names overlapping censored words, and the required postprocessing for transcription clarity would not be required if censoring could be conditionally disabled.
