As a workaround while this is being reviewed, instead of asking customers to respond with the word Cancel, you could ask to respond with 1 to Accept and 2 to Cancel.

Before I could enter a number, create a contact and then chose to call or send a text message. Now it's multiple steps to add an attachment when before I could just drag and drop it to the message field. This update is creating more work and slowing down work.
