We get a notification pop-up that alerts our agents. You may need to go into Windows Settings "Notifications & Actions" and enable notifications from ringcx.ringcentral.com. I'll attach the alert we get.
This is a no-brainer. We're new to RingCX and I couldn't believe our agents had to click "answer" before making a manual outbound call after they have already clicked "dial".
