Hi everyone, you are now able to customize the announcement played during the call. Learn where in the Admin portal to update here.
While not the ability to completely turn off the announcement, this customization allows for different companies to take into account their unique compliance needs. If a disclosure is not needed, a silent recording could be uploaded as a workaround.

I think that anyone that a Super Admin assigns should be able to have this access.
When using call queues and having multiple people answering the phones we have to be able to have a much more simplified way to block spam calls on behalf of the company that don’t involve a 10 step process and going through the Super Admin’s profile.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE - Make a short cut, something! Spam calls are out of control and companies need an easy way to fix this so we aren’t wasnting our time blocking people that we thought we already had blocked.
