We used this constantly with our previous system. We were surprised and disappointed when we realized RingCentral did do this. We'd really like to see it added as an option.

This should be a fully customizable setting. There's no way of knowing how long someone will be on their current call before they can take the parked call.

This was a basic function in our Avaya PBX system and is crucial to ensuring calls are answered in the order they were received. Parking a call to someone's extension ensures that it is the next call they receive and that no queue calls ring to them before they can retrieve the parked call.

I'd like to see this available for created conference calls and for merged conference calls.
