Creating new Contact Groups
In contacts, contacts are grouped by Company, Guests and Personal. A feature should be introduced to allow users to create a separate contact group (eg. Clients), for ease of sorting and allocation of contacts.

This is important because we have announcements that should go out to clients. It would be time saving to make those announcements once that goes to everyone at once, instead of sending the same message 200+ times.

Smarter Contact Management: Editable Categories + Shared Client Directory for All Users
Managing contacts in RingCentral is unnecessarily difficult and inefficient. For growing organizations, we need flexible categories and shared visibility so client communication stays professional and streamlined.
Current Limitations:
-Company: shows all internal users in our org
-Guests: shows external RingCentral users (vendors, partners, project managers)
-Personal: shows Outlook sync or manually added contactsProblems:
-These categories cannot be customized to reflect how real businesses operate
-If I add a new client contact, only I can see it unless I go through the time-consuming CSV upload process
-This creates duplicate entries, inconsistent data, and an unprofessional experienceWhat We Need:
-Editable Contact Categories
“Company” = Internal users only
“Guests” can be renamed to “Clients” so everyone knows exactly where to go for client-facing numbers
“Personal” remains as-is (Outlook sync + individually added contacts)-Automatic Contact Sharing Across the Org
When any user adds a new client contact, it should immediately sync to all other users in the same organization
This eliminates duplicate entries, saves time, and ensures our directory is always accurate and up to dateWhy This Matters:

-Makes client communication smoother, more professional, and scalable

If you add contacts to personal contacts, and you add groups, those groups should show up in the ring central app.

We could use contact "Tags" as well, So we could pull up certain contacts that have a specific tag, Like "Clients", "Prospects" etc..
