As admin, we need to be able to fully control all features. We do not want end users to be able to pause/end Automatic Call Recordings. Also, would like to see notifications if they were allowed and did so.
Just a note- We need all the incoming and outbound call recording automatically but we just want to hide call recording feature on ringcentral desktop app side for all the users.
It would be helpful to have access to the recordings for at least 180 days.
Very less feature available with ringcentral, i have worked with multiple tool like ringcentral but other tool are for better and full of features compared to ringcentral.
Please provide basic feature for your clients at least without cost.
