My client is in a single party country. They have no need for an announcement, and it is causing friction in gaining new customers. Provide the tools yes, but do not require their use as determining whether they need to inform callers and how they inform callers is their responsibility.

Make the product for better for Canadian customers, especially as CRTC has STIR/SHAKEN as a requirement for carriers.

Simultaneous Call Queue. Person in the queue also deals with in-person customers. Phone rings, user hits decline, next ring it rings again.
Other than changing status to DND or toggling Accept Queue Calls (both multiple steps and needs to be toggled back) there is no way to stop the ringing.
Expected behavior. When a call is declined in the call queue, remove the user from that queue for that call only. One decline should be only necessary action.

My client is in a jurisdiction where a recording beep is not required. They should be allowed to turn it off.
