Fix the call dropping when switching to BlueTooth
I also would like to see a fix for the dropped calls every time you connect to Bluetooth. This reduces my mobility in the field as I know if I turn on my truck and the phone connects I will instantly lose the call. That more than anything is frustrating about RingCentral.

Make un-assigning a number less cumbersome
I've had several scenarios where I needed to un-assign a particular number from a user and return it to our pool of available numbers. Currently, in order to complete that process, I have to:Create a temporary extension. > move the number to that temporary extension. > then delete the temporary extension.The process takes about 7 clicks too many. It seems like there should be an "un-assign extension" option that I can click in my options menu.

Allow Desktop & Mobile Ring Grouping for Call Handling & Forwarding
Right now, desktop & mobile can not be added to ring groups so it is only beneficial if you want to let it ring on desktop/mobile first for sequential or if you are using a simultaneous setup. If it can be part of a custom group you can have it ring on desktop/mobile and say your yealink phone simultaneously before it forwards to another sequential option (ie. an answering service).

Need click to dial to function with the integrated app. RC Phone web browser integration is currently the only option

Allow all calls to be forwarded to a mobile phone/voicemail box
I would like to have the ability to have all calls forwarded to my personal mobile phone and voicemail so that I don't have to go through the RingCentral app to access voicemails.

Be able to change holiday hours on select number of extensions
Some extensions in my company react the same way during business or after hours. Others, need specific after hour instructions. When a holiday hits, not only do I have to add holiday hours to the auto attendant, I have to do this for each extension that has after hours setting separately so the calls will be directed correctly. If I could change hours or add holiday hours with one click to a number of extensions it would be great

Scheduled Out of Office periods for "Accepting Queue Calls"
Our client services department has consistent schedules throughout the week. It would be nice to be able to set a "working hours" period where users are automatically taken out of the queue. Or likewise, set an "away" period automatically for lunch periods, scheduled weekly meetings, and etc.

Show phone text history list
A list of senders in the detail area when you click text button in the left column (like you have for voicemail and fax already) was in the RC Phone app, miss it in the upgrade.

Add Switch to Video or Share Screen option to Audio calls in the new RC app
When on a audio call only, often users need to switch to a share screen mode or just start a video call or meeting. There is currently no option to do this.Users have to disconnect, create a meeting, email meeting data to user, or other painfully slow method to switch.
