    The Workflows tab can be hidden in the RingCentral app by using the "customize tabs" feature. Granted, this does not completely remove the tab from your organization. If that is what you require, please contact support and we can accommodate.

  2. Currently, when it's after hours we have to manually enable the After hours SMS auto reply and then disable it the following day. It's very hard when you are away from your desk to manually do it. Requesting the feature that it should automatically apply if it's after hours and turn off during business hours.

  3. Every time the customer receive calls, the Notes and Transcript box pops up. Need the option to permanently collapse the box if can't be removed/turned off.

    Feedback from kmishler@bpfilmsllc.com: "It does an abysmal job, and I want it gone. Please help me fix this because the addition of this is not ready for prime time."

  4. Please implement an option to automatically record calls without the need to manually tap the record button in the RingCentral application. This feature would enhance user convenience and ensure that important conversations are captured effortlessly.

    This feature already exists and can be enabled by Super Admins in your account. Contact support for help as there could be limitations or other things you should know before enabling this.

  5. The customer wants the ability to assign an Admin to the other members of the group message if the creator/Admin is not in the account anymore.

  6. It would be helpful if the customer can change the Security question on the admin portal and no need to change the PIN and Password. Stand alone update for the Security Question will be really helpful.

  8. Company-Wide Disabling New feature tutorials for all users. Currently, this can be disabled but it can only be disabled per app/user. We need to have this option for company-wide disabling.

    Hi everyone-- for this particular feature (the new feature tutorials pop up that can be disabled on a per user basis within the app) it is possible to have it disabled account wide by our product managers. 


    Please have your account admin reach out to your CSM to escalate to our apps team to have this option turned off on your account. If your account does not have a CSM, please have your account admin escalate to support and support can escalate internally.

  10. Please allow the ability to pull from all the Global Address Lists in Office 365. The calendar and contacts Office 365 sync option was available in the old app, however it is not available in the new unified RC app. The setting must give us the ability to select from the list of all Global address lists from the Calendar and sync option.

  11. Customers need a feature where they can add a new status from the application, a combination of status, and a change of availability; for example, they want a status saying On Lunch, and the availability should be on DnD.

    • Includes Overflow Call Queue: If a user is a member of both the main queue and the overflow call queue he/she should have the ability to see that there's an incoming call for the overflow call queue while he is in an active call.

    • Ability to take another incoming call from another call queue while in an active call from the first call queue.

    • This increases awareness of the user to cater longer waiting people on queue which will benefit the helpdesk that needs to filter calls by urgency.

  17. In California, it is illegal to record a phone conversation. Can this be an option on the Admin Portal wherein we can disable the button on the RingCentral app?

  18. Current RC Phone allows us to text and call other extensions in the company. This option was removed with the new desktop app. Please add to requested option for future development/release/upgrade to the new app

  19. There are numbers that you just like to block and not report as spam.This is an existing feature prior to the new layout of the new version of the app. Separating block from spam/report as there are numbers that you just wish not to be bothered of for a few duration.
