  1. Please create a feature in the admin portal to block specific numbers from calling all company and user phone numbers, along with SMS/Fax. Currently having to do so user by user is extremely time consuming and put our company at risk when scammers are calling all of our employees hoping one will fall for the scam. These protocols need quickly added and operational.

  2. Instead of having to look through each queue (especially when you have 80) to see who is a member, it would be beneficial to be able to click on a user and see which queues they have been assigned to.

  3. SMS text messaging is a huge part of our business.
    Having more than 10 for group sms will save time and convenience. the old RC app with 50 recipient is more ideal. hoping we can get the old feature to this new RC app.

  4. Please allow admin to restrict users in changing their outbound caller using App. We can create a custom role to restrict outbound caller id but is only applicable on admin portal and they are still able to change it using the app.

  5. It is really annoying when I have to go in and add a comment "Adding Attachments" when I attach screenshots, logs, and other information. This is a great opportunity for an automated notification once an attachment is added so customers don't need to.

  7. Company-Wide Disabling New feature tutorials for all users. Currently, this can be disabled but it can only be disabled per app/user. We need to have this option for company-wide disabling.

    Hi everyone-- for this particular feature (the new feature tutorials pop up that can be disabled on a per user basis within the app) it is possible to have it disabled account wide by our product managers. 


    Please have your account admin reach out to your CSM to escalate to our apps team to have this option turned off on your account. If your account does not have a CSM, please have your account admin escalate to support and support can escalate internally.

  10. Please allow the ability to pull from all the Global Address Lists in Office 365. The calendar and contacts Office 365 sync option was available in the old app, however it is not available in the new unified RC app. The setting must give us the ability to select from the list of all Global address lists from the Calendar and sync option.

  11. Users need to be able to see Ring Central scheduled events on their own personal calendars - this used to be a feature that my organization relied on - please bring it back!

  13. Currently Polycom phones that are not setup for Presence monitoring propagate the user's extension on all lines. This eliminates the speed dial capability using favorites keys. Since RingCentral only uses two lines, change the Polycom config for two lines or allow the option to set it to do so.

It would be fantastic if the new RingCentral App for Desktop would incorporate the same Plantronics/Poly headset integration that exists in the Phone app. Right now, when using a Plantronics headset, the modern Desktop app does not know how to handle button presses on the headset for answering/hanging up or muting/unmuting. All call controls have to be done from the app itself instead of allowing for headset control.

  16. Occasionally there's a need to temporarily mute a team. In RC Classic, this is easy to do. In New RC, this is more difficult.Suggest reinstating the Mute All Notifications in the team menu

  17. Every time the customer receive calls, the Notes and Transcript box pops up. Need the option to permanently collapse the box if can't be removed/turned off.
