Add option for internal (extension) only calling
We have a need for phones that can use the paging system and dial other extensions but would like to disable local and long distance calling

Unconditional Call forwarding
If we have a Call Queue and an extension assigned to a call Queue, I have extensions that auto forward to an external non Ring Central phone number and would like to be able to make it forward with out have to answer and press 1. If we dial the ext directly we don't have to press 1 but not if the extension is rang to the call Queue.

More than 10 people for Call Queue Simultaneous
My phones need to ring to every sales person. Please add an option to ring to everyone, not just 10 people. Then allow the admin to select what phone will not ring.

Call Queue ring status/ availability customization
Allow users to quickly turn on or off their call queue ring status so they will not be disturbed during meetings/ breaks rather than completely removing themselves from the queue. A quick on and off feature in the RC App or the Phone application or the ability to schedule when their phone won’t ring during certain times in advance.

Universal App
Please create ONE UNIVERSAL APP. The reason being, GLIP is not the best functioning desktop app in this bundle of apps. To get through my day I have to use RingCentral Meetings, RingCentral Phone, RingCentral for Outlook (desktop program), and RingCentral widget for Gmail to include Google Calendar application. GLIP does not receive outbound calls as well as the other apps mentioned nor does it integrate well with other apps and programs that a business may use to schedule RC video and Conf. calls. Admin Can set what Caller ID can use for certain Ext
to have the option of changing the caller ID. So, I can select which users have the option to change their caller ID from the dialer

SMS - Pasting Multiple Numbers In the SMS To Field
I can not believe in this day and age that you want us to enter each individual phone number to send a text. I am an insurance agent and I pull a list of cancels that have about 75 numbers and want to send a text message out weekly as a group and I can not do that and have it sent to each individual person that is just plain CRAZY!! I didn't realize and when I did send the text people were really pissed off that they were getting responses from all my other clients Please add this feature…

Which queues are a user assigned to - instead of having to go through each queue to find out
Instead of having to look through each queue (especially when you have 80) to see who is a member, it would be beneficial to be able to click on a user and see which queues they have been assigned to.

Retrieve faxes in the past
Healthcare company has to have HIPAA compliance and viewing faxes from email isn't an option. We have to go in RingCentral portal to view the attachments. As the result, all the past faxes (probably the past 2-3 years) need to be saved somewhere on the server to be able to retrieve it if necessary.

Keyboard only call transfers
I would like to be able to transfer calls with Ring Central Application without having to use a mouse. There are hot keys but you are still forced to use a mouse to transfer calls.

add a "ding" for text
When we use the text feature to text each other in the office, there is no audio "ding" notifying a user that they have a text. This makes the feature untimely as a result because the person receiving the message often doesn't notice it.

Feature Request: Mute Glip Notification for Teams Messages
Currently, there is a way to turn off notifications for certain Teams on Glip (RC Unified app). However, even though the notifications are turned off, the Team messages are still showing up. As a result, there should be a way to mute Team messages on Glip so that even the number of messages don't show up

Ability for the status to change to DND or Busy when your linked calendar shows busy.

Get rid of entry and exit sounds in desktop app for RingCentral Meetings
There needs to be an option to toggle off the "ding-dong" and exiting sounds for each attendee of a meeting in RingCentral Meetings for the desktop app. It is wildly annoying as the leader of a meeting to be bombarded by those sounds over and over and not have the option to turn them off.

Group SMS for 50 or more recipients.
SMS text messaging is a huge part of our business.
Having more than 10 for group sms will save time and convenience. the old RC app with 50 recipient is more ideal. hoping we can get the old feature to this new RC app.23 votes
