  1. My phones need to ring to every sales person. Please add an option to ring to everyone, not just 10 people. Then allow the admin to select what phone will not ring.

  2. When any phone call comes through RingCentral, it would be nice to have the phone ringing say "RingCentral" because we use our personal phones as work phones, it would be great to have that distinction

Currently, RingCentral only allows paging from a supported physical phone or a RingCentral Mobile app. Many users I have worked with have expressed frustration with this since many companies working with RingCentral are migrating from users using physical phones to the RingCentral app for the desktop. These companies still want their users from the desktop app to page to physical phones they may keep or to overhead P.A. systems.

  5. Please implement an option to automatically record calls without the need to manually tap the record button in the RingCentral application. This feature would enhance user convenience and ensure that important conversations are captured effortlessly.

    This feature already exists and can be enabled by Super Admins in your account. Contact support for help as there could be limitations or other things you should know before enabling this.

  6. Our client services department has consistent schedules throughout the week. It would be nice to be able to set a "working hours" period where users are automatically taken out of the queue. Or likewise, set an "away" period automatically for lunch periods, scheduled weekly meetings, and etc.

  7. This may be the largest user complaint. "how do I share my screen with someone?" Simply put a share screen option in the chat or teams next to the video and call button. People do NOT understand the video call will do the same thing.Make the share screen button auto start the share screen feature as well.Yes, this is basically coping Teams. But the lack of this ONE button drives ALL of my users to Teams.

  9. All day calendar events that cross multiple days should end at 23:59 on the last day. Currently they end at 00:00 and do not show on that day in the calendar view. This will bring the new unified application in alignment with the classic version, the mobile version and basically every other calendaring application in use today.

  10. We need ability to receive real-time alerts when an issue is posted on your service status page. And an ability to subscribe to these alerts, as many other vendors provide. Webhook availability for PagerDuty or Slack would be even better.

  15. I am needing to be able to know what call queue I am answering, even when I am away from my desk. On our old digium system. I could get a announcement when I am answering for a specific queue. I have 3 queues currently. 2 are for our wholesale companies different locations, one is for the retail side. I would like to be able to have some of our wholesale guys answering calls for both queues. A simple announcement after answering is how the digium worked. It would announce "call from RO superstore" for our retail company. And not…

  16. We made a business decision to no longer record all of our calls and to go back and delete all previous recordings. Without this feature, we are also going to lose all of the data/records associated with those calls.

We have an Employee line that can be called by employees to inform Managers of their absence if they will not be in.This line rings a single phone that often goes unnoticed by our night shift due to loud machinery. We would like to be able to have our overhead paging system ring in addition to this phone during specific hours, to grab our employees attention at night.

  20. This is a very common feature with most IVRs and is a widely used option for companies of all sizes. Obviously, this could be difficult since 0-9 prompts are assigned, and all extensions would start with one of those numbers. Basically, there could be a 2 -3 second pause once the caller presses a number so the IVR can determine if the caller is choosing a prompt or wanting to dial an extension. Seems practical - would love to have this option.
