disable the SMS opt out box
when I go to compose a new text on the desktop app or on the mobile version- it automatically checks the box for "add an opt out message" we want it to be unchecked as the automatic setting or default
we don't send marketing or mass text messages so we don't want it to look like it's coming from a computer or like it was automated when it is not.

Enable Group SMS/MMS Support for Phone Numbers Using Sinch
Currently, phone numbers provisioned through the Sinch carrier do not support Group SMS/MMS functionality. This limitation severely impacts business communication workflows, especially for teams that rely on real-time, transparent group messaging with clients, partners, or internal departments.

Use Company Main Number as caller ID for texting from all extension for all users.
The caller ID for the main company number is shown by default for any text messages sent from any individual extensions. The idea is similar to having caller ID show as the main company number rather than the individual extension.

Manual Opt-Out option for SMS in the RingCentral app
RingCentral should provide the capability to manually opt out a number directly within the RingCentral app’s text tab and settings upon verbal request from clients or customers. RingCentral SMS integration with HubSpot to include photo-only messages.
Currently, text messages that contain only photos are not logged into HubSpot. It would be beneficial if these messages could be logged, and ideally, the content of the screenshots could be integrated and displayed within HubSpot directly from RingCentral SMS.
Business Impact:
Ensures all customer communications, including image-based messages, are fully tracked in HubSpot.
Provides a complete interaction history for agents and account managers.
Reduces the risk of missing important visual information shared by customers.

Allow multiple SMS recipients for E911 notification.
Currently, E911 SMS notifications are only going through when there is a single recipient registered in the admin portal. However, when multiple recipients are added, the SMS notifications fail to send.
Having multiple recipients for E911 SMS notifications is important because it ensures that critical emergency alerts are immediately received by more than one responsible party. This redundancy helps guarantee that someone is always notified, even if one recipient is unavailable, offline, or unable to respond. In emergency situations, timely awareness is crucial, and relying on a single contact increases the risk of delayed response.

Feature Request: Block Unwanted Numbers from Sending SMS/MMS
Implement a feature that allows administrators to block specific phone numbers from sending SMS or MMS messages to any of our company-owned phone numbers.
Our company receives unwanted, spam, or malicious SMS/MMS messages from external senders.
Currently, we have no centralized way to prevent these numbers from sending future messages. This creates security, productivity, and compliance issues for employees and systems relying on SMS channels.Requested Feature
Add the ability to:
• Create and manage a blocklist of external phone numbers.
• Automatically reject or silently drop incoming SMS/MMS messages from blocklisted numbers.
• Apply blocks at three scopes:

Group SMS - Enable the ability to see all replies from internal numbers in a Group SMS thread that involves an external number.
Use Case:
Currently, when multiple internal users reply to a group SMS with an external contact, not all internal replies are visible to the group. This makes it difficult to track communications and follow up effectively. Having a centralized view of all internal responses would improve collaboration, reduce missed messages, and streamline communication with external contacts.Benefit:
Improved visibility of internal communications
Reduced chances of duplicated responses
Enhanced team collaboration and accountability
