Feature Add: Being able to receive codes from Verification short codes
We need to receive verification codes from a short code, and apparently, this feature is not yet available with the newest release.

turn off the SMS reading pane
Customer wants to disable/deselect/turn off the reading pane/Text sms, just like when you go to the Unread messages. On the SMS box it should be showing like a blank page and it should still show the number of the sender of the SMS.

Add feature to organize Text Message Templates alphabetically or numerically so as to improve organization and make them more useful
Allow sorting of "text message templates". We use them a lot and it would be amazing to have them sorted by category (either numerically or alphabetically) so as not to have to search down a long list of responses that are out of order. Please add this feature!!

Allow all selected members of the team receive and send text messages sent to the main office phone number
In my office, we have one main phone number that is published and patients recognize. However, through Ring Central, each team member has a different (private) number. We are used to having everyone receive and being able to send text messages from the main office number. It would become very confusing for patients to receive text messages from several different numbers (the individual lines) rather than the main number that they recognize. However, it appears at this time, only one extension can receive and send text messages using the main phone number. I would like for my entire staff to…

Share contacts as SMS
Share contacts from an apple or android device through RingCentral App as an SMS. Share contact is currently enabled however it sends as an internal message through Chat Message inside RingCentral App.

Limit Repeating Text Messages
Stop multiple messages from just one number, for example when we communicate with this number, this number sends like 10 messages but one information like he will say "yes" on the text but will be sent like 10x, I want to stop that because the charges increase on our system.

Request To Update Text message Sender Display Settings
Could you please make the following changes to the way customers receive text messages from us?
Sender Display Name:
Instead of showing "via RingCentral" as the sender, we’d like the messages to display our main company name (e.g., [Company Name]).
Sender Phone Number:
We’d like the number displayed to be our main company number ([Insert Main Company Number]) instead of any alternative numbers.
These updates are important for ensuring brand consistency and trust in our communications.

2 factor authentication whatsapp
not receiving 2 factor authentication via whatsapp, sms not going through and getting an error to try again after an hour,sms not even showing on sms log under admin portal. tried 2fa via call but calls are disconnecting which also shows on our call logs tried other RC numbers but not being recognize as U.S number even though that it is U.S number.
