Remove Automatic check on "Add opt-out message" when sending SMS
When any of our users send a new sms message, the "Add opt-out message" is by default checked. We want that to be unchecked automatically.

when I go to compose a new text on the desktop app or on the mobile version- it automatically checks the box for "add an opt out message" we want it to be unchecked as the automatic setting or default
we don't send marketing or mass text messages so we don't want it to look like it's coming from a computer or like it was automated when it is not.

Disable Automatic Resolved Tagging & Retain Message History
Please add an option to disable the automatic "Resolved" tagging for SMS shared inboxes. Additionally, ensure that the conversation history is not removed from the message thread once a message is marked or handled. Users should be able to maintain a continuous view of the message history without it disappearing.

Use Company Main Number as caller ID for texting from all extension for all users.
The caller ID for the main company number is shown by default for any text messages sent from any individual extensions. The idea is similar to having caller ID show as the main company number rather than the individual extension.

Persistent MMS (Attachment) Capability in Shared SMS Inbox
Currently, in the RingCentral Desktop App (Shared/Text tab), the "Paperclip/Attachment" icon is visible when first viewing a thread. However, after the first response is sent or the conversation is assigned to a user, the attachment icon immediately disappears.
Ensure the "Attachment/Paperclip" icon remains persistent and functional throughout the entire lifecycle of a Shared SMS conversation, regardless of assignment status or reply count.

Customers are requesting a speech-to-text (voice dictation) feature in the SMS interface. Before sending an SMS, users should be able to click on a microphone icon, speak their message, and have the system automatically convert the speech into editable text. Users can then review and edit the text before sending.

Company Numbers & Extension Numbers Must be Enabled for Shared Inbox
Currently, company main numbers and numbers associated with site extensions, user extensions, and message-only extensions cannot be used with the shared inbox. We are requesting that this capability be enabled so that these numbers can utilize the shared inbox functionality.

Manual Opt-Out option for SMS in the RingCentral app
RingCentral should provide the capability to manually opt out a number directly within the RingCentral app’s text tab and settings upon verbal request from clients or customers. Allow SMS in AI Receptionist to Be Sent from Extensions Other Than the Super Admin
Summary:
In the current implementation of the AI Receptionist (AIR), the SMS messaging feature is restricted to using only the super admin extension as the sending number. This limits flexibility and usability for organizations that require communication to be routed through other user extensions or departments.Current Behavior:
When accessing the “Send Text Message” feature within the AI Receptionist, only the super admin extension is available as the sending number.
There is no option to select or assign another user extension or number.

Feature Request: Block Unwanted Numbers from Sending SMS/MMS
Implement a feature that allows administrators to block specific phone numbers from sending SMS or MMS messages to any of our company-owned phone numbers.
Our company receives unwanted, spam, or malicious SMS/MMS messages from external senders.

Option to increase SMS storage to more than 5000 before it gets deleted.
Right now, when you reached SMS received per user, per inbox of 5000, SMS will be deleted and replaced by new ones. It's best to have an option to increase storage allocation.

When sending a text to a group chat (MMS), each text being send has "Opt-out" verbiage.
