Agreed! This should be an automatically native option in RingCentral. It's what's keeping it from being a top choice for me compared to its competitors

This would be huge! I can think of over a dozen uses for an internal messaging (both larger group and individual reminders) where timing is critical and the ability to schedule messages would advance our goals.

Important for internal messaging. All messaging software has this now standard including slack (and SMS with apple)
