Opt Out Message should be enabled by default
The Opt-Out Message should be enabled by default, so users don't need to check the box each time they send an SMS.

Yes, this is critical. I need it to be mandatory in the UI to include the opt-out message for compliance

The ability to check the box to append the message with that OPT OUT wording, by checking the box is no longer available. To us, that is CRITICAL. Please bring that back!

** Adding some clarification here as this was submitted on my behalf by RingCentral support. **
Requesting an option to enable/require Opt Out message by default in the admin portal for all of our users with SMS enabled. This would only be required on the first text to a number that has not been messaged before by that user. The user would not be able to uncheck the box for "Add opt-out message". This would assist with governance of TCR requirements.
The ability to customize the Opt-out message would also be great.
