  1. Users asking to disable the the popout for notes and transcript when they dial a phone number

    • you can turn off the auto note taking but you cant stop the pop up box from appearing on the phone dialer pop out. it is annoying to close it on every call and have it constantly moving around the phone dialer pop out.
    • please make the feature able to be completely disabled including the auto pop out. for the users who want this minimized
    • some users may want the AI assistant for other areas of the app but not for the pop…

  2. Is there a way to prevent the dial pad from popping out of the Ring Central App when making a call? I would rather it stay in the Ring Central app and not pop out into it's own little window.

  3. Customer can have different types of Calendar integrated to their RingCentral Application like Outlook or MS Teams.

    We would like the option to allow customer to disable incoming calls when they have a meeting. They also want to make sure that incoming calls across all platforms are disabled while on a meeting (RingCentral Mobile App, Desktop App, and hardphone).

  6. Currently, when in Service Web (service.ringcentral.com), you can see the License column clearly indicating the license per user; however, when you download the user list, the file conspicuously is missing this very column.

Unlike RingCentral Meeting, RingCentral Video (desktop version) can't display upcoming, scheduled meetings in the app without having configured the calendar integration with an external mail server (Exchange, Google Workspace or whatever...) This prevents the app to display the upcoming RCV meeting in case the calendar integration is not possible

Businesses have their own IT who manage the applications installed on the agent's devices, it will be easy if some settings on the RingCentral phone app. can be configured on the Super Admin side that will apply to all of the users, like turning off the product alerts which it is asking for users to download the new RingCentral desktop app. which they are avoiding for the agents to install unnecessary application that is not required for the business.

  14. RC Meetings. Cloud Recording defaults to Speaker View

    When recording a meeting locally, we can switch between Speaker and Gallery view and the recording shows this switch in view.
    When recording a meeting to the cloud, the meeting records in Speaker view regardless of our view setting and I cannot find a setting to force the cloud recording to adapt to the user view choice.
    Please explain a solution.

  15. Make the "Set Status Message" more visible to what it is set to. Similar to what Outlook does when you have your out of office message active. I often forget to clear my status after returning to the office.
