Ability to disable File Upload Feature in RingCX Digital Chat
Requesting an option or ability to disable the file upload feature in RingCX Digital Chat, as it poses significant security risks such as malware, spyware, and numerous other threats.

Critical feature, there are sickos out there that will upload anything!

This can be requested and disabled through RingCentral support, and alternatively, by manipulating the CSS styles for the chat channel so that the upload button is hidden for clients.
I would, however, like to see two toggles introduced per channel where this can be disabled/enabled for both clients and RingCX agents as there may be a requirement to upload an attachment as a RingCX agent but restrict uploads from the client side, which potentially poses a security risk.

This is absolutely crucial for us. We cannot use a chat on our website that would allow users to freely send us files. These are unknown users to us and whatever they send could be harmful to us.
