  1. Use Case: As an Insurance Agent, I want to be able to make calls from the RingCentral Mobile App and have the call logs sync to Salesforce to allow for my manager to generate activity reports. Current functionality does not allow call log activities taken on the RingCentral Mobile App to sync call log activities to Salesforce. The user is looking to run reports in Salesforce to have a more comprehensive overview of their insurance agents. This will greatly help to view agent productivity by seeing all activity within Salesforce.

  3. There have been issues with the connectivity of AirPods with the RC app during the recent update. As advised, AirPods are not listed in the recommended headsets to be used with RC but will be highly appreciated if this can be optimized.

  7. When I get a call for one party and tried to add a call to the current call, the third party's call goes to voicemail. I am not able to release just the voicemail call. I would have to hit the hangup button which in turn releases both calls. My intension is to have 3 people on the line and when I am finish with one, I can release them and continue my conversation.

  11. A Ring Central notification that is designed to pop up prominently on the screen, immediately taking priority over the other chats and glips. It also functions to simultaneously send a notification to all the phone apps. This feature is particularly valuable in urgent situations such as fires, earthquakes, active shooters, unknown personal on site and other emergencies. It would be highly beneficial if this notification system includes a customizable preset text prompt, allowing for a swift and mass distribution of critical information to the entire company or specific groups and locations.

  16. We have noticed that many of ours users do change the option of the call queue status to do not accept and move it back to accept. But it happens also that they change to Do Not Accept and forget about that status and sometimes till days after notice that they do not get que calls.Therefore it would be a good idea to show the status permanent on the RC app Maybe on all app types but for sure on desktop app.

  17. Kindly allow RingCentral App Admin to disable the option for the user to change the Caller ID from the RingCentral App. There's currently an option to disable the outbound caller ID from the Admin Portal. However, this only pertain when a user is using a Deskphone and RC Phone App.

In healthcare, we do a lot of faxing and our fax cover sheets include our company logo as well as HIPAA instructions as to what should be done in event of a HIPAA breach where a fax is sent erroneously to the wrong party. We would like to be able to upload a custom company coversheet and assign it via user template to all users, remove access to all other coversheets.

Queue names are not displayed in the missed call history for internal numbers on the RC app. They are displayed for external numbers in the RC app, and for both internal and external numbers in the service portal and desk phone history. It would be helpful to have all call history views be the same across all devices.

  20. We have received feedback from our customers regarding their experience while using the RingCentral web app on the Firefox web browser. Currently, Firefox is only partially supported, leading to error messages for some users. (this is from advice from our higher engineer)To enhance the user experience and ensure full compatibility, we kindly request that our technical team extend comprehensive support for Firefox within the RingCentral web app. This improvement will not only eliminate error messages but also make our platform more accessible to a broader user base, including those who prefer Firefox.
