  4. Use Case: As an Insurance Agent, I want to be able to make calls from the RingCentral Mobile App and have the call logs sync to Salesforce to allow for my manager to generate activity reports. Current functionality does not allow call log activities taken on the RingCentral Mobile App to sync call log activities to Salesforce. The user is looking to run reports in Salesforce to have a more comprehensive overview of their insurance agents. This will greatly help to view agent productivity by seeing all activity within Salesforce.

  5. Please include the AfterShokz headset on the list of recommended headsets for the RingCentral app. One of the clients is using the AfterShokz headset due to the hearing situation/conditions and needs the headset to work properly with the RingCentral app.

  6. Especially with numbers tied to either a mobile user, call queues, and/or message-only extensions to be used to receive faxes and calls. It would be nice to be able to use it as an outbound caller ID since the number is considered as a company number.

    1. Our users log into app.ringcentral.com using the Chrome browser. How can we retain custom fax covers that our users setup for themselves after clearing their browser cache (without having to re-add them all)? We use a mix of ChromeOS and Windows 10/11 OS's. When we clear cache, our users have to re-upload them all.2. Similar question regarding the RingCentral app on iOS devices.   13. There have been issues with the connectivity of AirPods with the RC app during the recent update. As advised, AirPods are not listed in the recommended headsets to be used with RC but will be highly appreciated if this can be optimized.

  14. This feature was present in previous versions but is missing in the current release. In my job, I juggle 9+ windows on 3 screens, and the call window often gets lost behind others during calls. Keeping it on top ensures easy access while multitasking.

Modern messaging applications found on any mobile device, or apps such as WhatsApp, iMessage and even Google Chat have the option to react/ like a person's message.
