Assign custom company common fax cover sheet
In healthcare, we do a lot of faxing and our fax cover sheets include our company logo as well as HIPAA instructions as to what should be done in event of a HIPAA breach where a fax is sent erroneously to the wrong party. We would like to be able to upload a custom company coversheet and assign it via user template to all users, remove access to all other coversheets.

Needs to become a feature. I have multiple departments that like to use their own fax cover page, and not having the ability to assign a custom one to each department is kind of annoying. As it stands right now, I have to tell each individual user to upload their own copy of their custom cover page. If for any reason this cover page needs to change, even the smallest of detail, each user has to re-load their own copy again. As the user mentioned above, I should be able to assign a custom cover page via user template\department and remove access to the other coversheets, so everything is the same across the board.
