See call history of users we monitor via the RingCentral app
Have the ability to see call history of users being monitored in the RingCentral App instead of accessing call logs in admin portal.

This is a critical feature for our company. We will have to switch to another phone platform as we grow if this does not become available.

A live view where agents can see and monitor each others calls in real time! This will prevent agents in a que from returning the same call multiple times.
Within that same call log, the ability to see all history with a specific phone number or contact will also be helpful.

The ability to view the entire call log and have access to all contacts is absolutely essential to my law firm. I am not sure why this information is segregated between users.
There should be an admin function that allows the dissemination of the entire call history to all extensions in the organizations. Please implement this.

Hi team,sending this request on behalf of a customer. They would like to have the ability to check on other users' call log from the RingCentral app. Currently, this is possible when admins check on the admin portal or when managers of user groups would check on the call log of their members from the admin portal. They would just like the same option to be available from the RingCentral app.
